Basic Warranty Policy

1 Year Manufacturer Warranty

The manufacturer warrants that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship.
Any products from us enjoy One (1) year warranty since invoice date. Repair or replacement will be issued for any product which is found defective under the terms of this warranty. TFHT will assist with warranty issues within 30 days of product delivery. After that time, the products manufacturer must be contacted directly to address all warranty issues by the distributor.


Return Policy

TFTH DOES NOT accept returns. Returns are only accepted for defective units at delivery. 1) Buyer shall notify TFHT within three (3) days from the date of discovery of said defect. 2) In the event that TFHT confirms the product defective 3) TFHT will send a brand new unit to replace the defective unit. If unit shows up defective due to shipping/handling, Buyer must notify TFHT immediately and TFHT will provide a brand new unit for replacement within 45 days.

Maintenance Policy

All maintenance and replace work is conducted by local distributors.

Service Charge

For end-user: Please contact your local distributor for service charge. Service within 1 year warranty is free of labor and parts charge.

For distributor: Service within 1 year warranty is free of labor and parts charge. Out of warranty,extra spare parts will be charged to the distributor.
