What we offer to distributors

Free Sample Policy
Any eligible distributor, who have signed RESELLER AGREEMENT with us, will be offered TWO sample machines, or ONE sample machine of every type they are authorized to distribute, free of charge.
The free sample machine will be shipped when the distributor have ordered more than 10 sets from us.

Free Spare Parts Policy
Any eligible distributor, who have signed RESELLER AGREEMENT with us, will be offered free spare parts by us, including assembled units and key components. The amount and type of the spare parts is subject to the amount of the order and decided by us.
Replacement Policy
Any out-of-work/abnormal work/damaged product, at the time of receiving by the distributor, will be replaced with brand new, same type product free of charge. No matter what reason may caused the problem.

AD support program
Any eligible distributor, who have signed RESELLER AGREEMENT with us, will be offered subsidy for advertising in local media promoting our products. The product should be in our brand, and the advertising contract should be signed between TFHT and the media agency. The type of the advertise is with no limit, including ad on newspaper, radio, TV, outdoor or internet…….
The advertising plan should be approved by TFHT and the budget of the ad should be applied at the  previous year.

Extendable Warranty
We offer ONE YEAR manufacturers warranty to distributors. The time of the warranty period is since the shipment of the product. And the warranty could extend to the end-user for ONE YEAR since it has been sold to the end-user. The distributor has the responsibility to report to TFHT of the selling of the product, otherwise the manufacturer’s warrantee is not extended to the end-user.

OEM policy
For distributor who ordered in large quantity, we could supply the product with the distributor’s trademark/logo. This should be arranged by detailed agreement between TFHT and the distributor.
